Relax + Retreat with Saskia in Costa Rica
Saskia Schreiber is a dancer, choreographer and certified dance therapist (BA), yoga instructor and certified wellness coach and counselor. Her mission is to ignite that part of ourselves that is beyond what we see, think and feel every day. Through her retreats, she brings joy, inspiration and purpose to life. In this video, Saskia led a group to Samasati Nature Retreat on the Caribbean in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica and guided a yoga, meditation and expressive arts retreat.

Tiger Time | Yogis raised funds for tigers
Hali Wong and Geordie Milne organized a 2-day fundraising event to protect Tigers and their habitat. On January 20, 2011, a friendly group of tiger lovers gathered at East Is East for dinner, music, dance and an ASANATHON to raise awareness and funds to help save the surviving 3200 tigers. They raised $4651.30 for WWF. Awesome work guys and we need more people like you in the community.
Seraphim
Seraphim, a fire arts dance company, previously known as Luminesque Fire Troupe, performed live at Envision Festival 2011 in Dominical, Costa Rica. The performance was directed and choreographed by Tracy Windisch. It incorporates belly dance, ballet, martial arts and mixed fire modalities with classical circus arts.
